The main living areas are open and fluid, centered around a kitchen that combines natural stone surfaces with custom wood detailing. Parquet flooring and boiserie introduce warmth, while a neutral palette with bronze accents ensures calm and versatility.

The kitchen is defined by clear lines and a strong sense of order, with a large island at its core. Stone surfaces add brightness and durability, while the warm tones of the cabinetry soften the overall geometry. Natural light enhances the space, creating a calm and functional heart of the home.

The wellness level integrates a pool, spa, and gym, conceived as part of everyday living rather than separate amenities. Large openings bring natural light into the space, while stone and water define a setting that balances energy and calm. The gym extends the focus on well-being, combining performance with an environment designed for comfort.
