Project Panther is a luxury villa renovation in Wollerau, Switzerland, transforming an existing residential property into an exclusive, contemporary private residence. Originally conceived as two separate units—a single-family home with an attached apartment—the project’s primary ambition was to unify the volumes into one high-end residential villa, while preserving a separate, independent office space.

The high-end residential renovation focused on redefining spatial flow and enhancing openness, resulting in a more generous and coherent living environment. Through a carefully planned architectural renovation, the villa now offers seamless transitions between spaces, refined proportions, and a strong sense of visual continuity.

A key highlight of the project is the complete redesign of the master floor, conceived as a private luxury retreat. This level features a bespoke luxury bathroom, an expansive walk-in closet, a fully equipped private gym, and an elegant steam room, reflecting the highest standards of luxury interior design in Switzerland.

Material choices and detailing reinforce the villa’s refined character. Dark natural stone, warm textiles, custom joinery, and subtle brass accents create a timeless yet bold aesthetic, defining a modern luxury villa that balances elegance with comfort.
