The heart of the project is the living area: expansive spaces framed by natural materials and panoramic glass. Warm woods, raw stone and sculptural fireplaces shape an interior that feels both grounded and luxurious. The monolithic stone kitchen and the central dining space form the social core of the house – places where community and architecture merge seamlessly.
A dedicated spa floor is designed entirely around well-being. Soft lighting, tactile materials and a connection to nature create a sanctuary for rest and regeneration – a refuge for body and mind.
